AmTrust Financial launched
AmTrust Inspired earlier this year to highlight the inspiring relationships and stories among our appointed agents, insureds and AmTrust. We met three family-owned small businesses at the
Farmers Market in Los Angeles and then visited the
tightknit community of Astoria, NY to meet two local businesses and the insurance agent they call a friend.
Now AmTrust Inspired takes us to the culturally diverse and colorful city of Miami to spotlight two local businesses and their agents. The insureds represent a few of the key industries AmTrust writes coverage for: restaurants and bakeries. Sergio’s Family Restaurants and Vicky Bakery are both staples of the Miami area— traditional recipes, family-owned, expanding and very popular.
Successful small business owners understand the importance of customer service and building relationships within their community. According to John Gazitua, CFO of Sergio’s, “We want everybody who comes here to feel like family. How do you treat family? You treat them right! We give them good food, good service and make them feel like they are at home.”
Insurance agents also understand the importance of protecting their client’s businesses as well as a strong partnership with their carriers.
