    Investor Information

    On November 29, 2018, AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. completed its go-private transaction. Evergreen Parent, L.P., an entity formed by private equity funds managed by Stone Point Capital LLC, together with the Karfunkel-Zyskind Family, acquired the approximately 45% of the Company’s issued and outstanding common shares that the Karfunkel-Zyskind Family and certain of its affiliates and related parties did not already own or control. Shares of AmTrust’s common stock (NASDAQ: AFSI) have been delisted.

    On January 18, 2019, AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. announced its Board of Directors approved the voluntary delisting of all six series of preferred stock and two series of subordinated notes (7.25% Subordinated Notes due 2055 and 7.50% Subordinated Notes due 2055) from the New York Stock Exchange. With the delisting, effective February 7, 2019, AmTrust’s SEC reporting obligations with respect to the Listed Securities was suspended. Each series of the Preferred Stock and the Subordinated Notes will continue to remain an outstanding obligation of AmTrust.
