AmTrust’s online presence is intended to serve as a means of communicating relevant brand information including industry insights, company news, awards and initiatives, and any other topic we deem necessary. By accessing AmTrust’s social sites, users agree to comply with our social media guidelines on all social pages, posts and comment sections of content created by AmTrust Financial and its subsidiaries.
These guidelines directly apply to AmTrust and AmTrust subsidiaries’ social media accounts, websites and pages including, but not limited to Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube.
If you are believed to be not following our guidelines centering around respect, relevancy and safety, AmTrust reserves the right to delete or block any content or user, with or without notice at any time for any reason.
Keep it Respectful and Relevant
Keep your comments respectful and appropriate to the topic. Please avoid content or comments that may be offensive, inappropriate, culturally, racially or socially insensitive, disruptive, harassing or defamatory.
Keep it Safe
Social media sites are public forums. Do not share any personal information, including claim or account information. For questions about an individual insurance policy, contact your agent, broker or AmTrust’s chat feature.
AmTrust reserves the right to remove any comments or posts that violate these guidelines. We also reserve the right to block or delete any content or restrict any users from our community.
