According to Matt Zender, VP, Workers’ Comp Product Manager, “Recently AmTrust completed the AmTrust Restaurant Risk Report. This was an initiative we started primarily because we realized we had some pretty unique perspective in this space. We had over 84,000 workers’ compensation claims that were restaurant claims over a five-year period, and we wanted to share some of the insights we had in that space.”
