Our Claims team jumps into action when our customers suffer a loss – they're the promise-keepers and protectors. They investigate, evaluate, and review claims and make sure our customers get fair reimbursement for their loss. The Claims team is made up of adjustors, investigators, examiners, and clerical professionals to support them.

The Underwriting team is the analytical brain of the insurance business, evaluating and estimating risk and putting a fair price on it when it comes to premiums for our products. Underwriters use actuarial science and sophisticated computer models to determine the likelihood and magnitude of a payout during the lifetime of a policy. The Underwriting team is comprised of loss control specialists, bond managers, policy clerks, underwriters and underwriting assistants.

Our appointed agents are the friendly face of knowledge for our customers. In fact, they’re the ones who connect customers with the right coverage for their needs. The Sales team includes agents as well as business development specialists, product managers, and regional sales managers.

The Operations and IT teams handle the business side of the insurance business. Everything from customer service and quality assurance to network administration and project management is handled by the Operations and IT professionals.
