Hurricane Irma Claims/Support

In advance of Hurricane Irma’s impending landfall, AmTrust took early action to ensure our agents, employees and offices in Florida were prepared. We are poised to assist our insureds, process claims and help rebuild our community and businesses.
On Labor Day, Florida Governor Rick Scott issued a state of emergency for the entire state.  We recognized the severity of this event early and that our eight AmTrust offices had a high degree of possible impact by Hurricane Irma and began systematically closing offices through Friday. Some offices may still be closed beginning Monday. This decision was made to allow employees to prepare their homes, families and loved ones for this incredible storm bearing down on Florida. The offices affected are: Maitland; Jacksonville; Boca Raton; Ft. Lauderdale; Clearwater; Sarasota; St. Petersburg, and Ponte Vedra Beach.

Employee Information Lines are being updated daily throughout the event to keep everyone informed on the status of our work facilities. We are also communicating with Florida employees about what their roles and responsibilities are during this impactful event. Business operations have been transferred to other offices outside of the region.

For Claims for the Boca Raton, Ft. Lauderdale and Maitland Offices: 888-239-3909 (our Atlanta Claims Office).
For all other inquiries: 877-528-7878 (our Cleveland Call Center)

As this hurricane season continues, our thoughts and prayers are with all in harm’s way.
