We’re excited to host the 2022 Workers’ Comp Underwriting Meeting at the Omni Louisville Hotel. Louisville is a city that combines heritage with innovation, authenticity with originality, quirkiness with friendliness in a way that’s completely unique. Founded in 1788, today the city is known as the home of the legendary boxer Muhamad Ali, the Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs, the University of Louisville and the Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory.

We will reserve your room at the Omni Louisville hotel for the meeting dates. Plan to arrive mid to late afternoon on Monday, January 24th and depart after 2:00pm on Wednesday, January 26th, in order to be in attendance for the entire meeting.

Please book your flight with Concur and select the 2022 Workers’ Comp UW Meeting from the drop down box as the reason for travel. The closest airport is Louisville International Airport (SDF) which is 7.6 miles away. Please use Uber for Business for your ground transportation between the airport and the Omni Louisville.

The overall dress code for the meeting is business casual.

Attendance Requirements

We are looking forward to seeing you at the 2022 Workers’ Comp Underwriting Meeting on Jan. 24th. It represents a welcome opportunity to collaborate and connect in-person once again. This will be an in-person event only as there will not be a virtual option.

To assess the vaccine status of all meeting attendees, we are asking you to complete this brief survey by Wednesday, Dec 22nd. Your response will be kept confidential.

In addition, we are requiring all attendees to submit the results of a COVID-19 test (at-home or clinic-based) taken within 72 hours prior to your arrival at the meeting. You will receive a second survey to verify that your test result was negative. Anyone receiving a positive test result should quarantine at home. Please refrain from travel if you experience COVID-19 symptoms after taking the test.
