What is included?
For each invited Member, AmTrust will sponsor one room for Tuesday and Wednesday nights at our group rate, and the receptions/dinners on Tuesday and Wednesday nights for you and your guest.
Airfare, ground transportation and all additional expenses associated with travel are at the Members' expense.
What are the hotel details?
The meeting will be held at the Clontarf Castle Hotel in Dublin, Ireland. www.clontarfcastle.ie
Our group rate is €289 per night single occupancy / €299 double occupancy for a beautiful Deluxe room inclusive of tax and Artisan Castle Breakfast.
How do I reserve my room?
Room reservations can be made by e-mailing clontarfinfo@clontarfcastle.ie or calling the hotel at 011-353-1-833-2321 and mentioning the AmTrust VIP Member Meeting rate.
Can I upgrade my room?
A very few upgraded rooms are available for an additional cost. If you choose an upgraded room, the difference between the group rate and upgraded rate will be your responsibility. Please book your room early to avoid disappointment.
Can I extend my stay?
If you wish to extend your stay at Clontarf Castle, the hotel will honor the group rate starting on 9/12 (Monday) and after the meeting 9/15 (Thursday) and 9/16 (Friday). We hope you are able to extend your stay further at one of the many wonderful properties that Ireland has to offer visitors. Please note, the rooms before and after the meeting are limited. Be sure to book before August 12th to secure the group rate.
Are spouses invited?
Yes, spouses are encouraged to attend.
What is the dress code?
For all meetings the dress code is business casual. For receptions and dinners, the dress code is cocktail attire. Jackets are optional.
What type of weather should I expect?
September brings fall weather to Dublin so plan to dress in layers as late night and early morning temperatures can be quite chilly. Afternoons, however, still remain mild.
Daytime high temperatures tend to average around 18 C (64-65 F), with late night and early morning low temperatures near 11 C (52 F).

Dublin Airport (DUB) is a 5 mile, 20 minute drive from the hotel. Taxies are available at the airport. If you choose to rent a car, parking at the hotel is complimentary.
What is your recommendation for airport transfers?
