The 2021 Corporate Planning Meeting will be hosted at The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota. With white-sand beaches, museums, dynamic dining and more, Sarasota is both an exciting urban destination and an elegant coastal retreat. We will reserve your room at the Ritz Sarasota for the meeting dates. Plan to arrive mid to late afternoon on Sunday, Dec. 12th and depart after 2:00pm on Tuesday, Dec. 14th, in order to be in attendance for the entire meeting.

Please book your flight with Concur and select the Corporate Planning Meeting from the drop down box as the reason for travel. The two closest airports are: Tampa International Airport (TPA) which is 57 miles away and Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) which is 4.3 miles away. Please use Uber for Business for your ground transportation between the airports and the Ritz Sarasota.

The overall dress code for the meeting is business casual with cocktail attire requested for the Awards Dinner on Monday, Dec. 13th.

Before the meeting, we will release the 2021 Corporate Planning Meeting mobile app to elevate your experience. With the mobile app, you will be able to review your personal agenda, connect with other attendees and get real-time meeting updates.

Attendance Requirements

We are looking forward to seeing you at the Corporate Planning Meeting on Dec. 12th. It represents a welcome opportunity to collaborate and connect in-person once again. This will be an in-person event only as there will not be a virtual option.

To assess the vaccine status of all CPM attendees, we are asking you to complete this brief survey by Friday, Dec 3rd. Your response will be kept confidential. Note: vaccination is not required to attend but those who are not fully vaccinated will be required to wear a mask indoors per CDC guidance and our office health protocols.

In addition, we are requiring all attendees to submit the results of a COVID-19 test (at-home or clinic-based) taken within 72 hours prior to your arrival at the meeting. You will receive a second survey to verify that your test result was negative. Anyone receiving a positive test result should quarantine at home. Please refrain from travel if you experience COVID-19 symptoms after taking the test.
