Agenda

Plan to arrive at Pebble Beach Resorts® the afternoon of May 15th and depart in the morning of May 18th, in order to be in attendance for the entire event. The event officially begins with a cocktail reception and putting contest on Sunday and ends after dinner on Tuesday, May 17th. Room checkout takes place on Wednesday morning. Please be aware that you will be responsible for providing all transportation to and from Pebble Beach Resorts®.

Sunday
May 15th

  • 12:00pm - 4:00pm
  • Arrive at Pebble Beach Resorts®
    (Check-in is 3pm for Casa Palmero and
    4pm for the Lodge)
  • 6:00pm - 7:00pm
  • Reception and Putting Contest at the
    Pebble Beach Putting Green
    (In front of the Lodge)
  • 7:00pm
  • Dinner at The Fairway One Room

Monday
May 16th

  • 8:30am - 10:30am
  • Breakfast and short presentation in the
    Conference Center at the Lodge
  • 11:10am & 11:40am
  • Tee Times begin on Spyglass Hill and
    Pebble Beach Golf Courses
  • 6:30pm - 7:45pm
  • Reception at The Beach Club
    (Buses will take guests from the Lodge
    to The Beach Club and back)
  • 7:45pm
  • Dinner The Beach Club

Tuesday
May 17th

  • 8:30am - 10:30am
  • Breakfast and short presentation in the
    Conference Center at the Lodge
  • 11:20am & 11:40am
  • Tee Times begin on Spyglass Hill and
